We aim to dispatch standard orders within 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Custom commissions may take longer depending on their complexity and specific requirements; estimated time frames will be provided during the commissioning process.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
