Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to make ordering from model-architecture.com feel as smooth and personal as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is made, processed, and delivered.

Made to Order & Processing Time

Most of our pieces are made to order, meaning they are created fresh in the studio rather than pulled from a shelf. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your order to be made and processed before it is shipped.

For larger orders, additional time may be required to fully process your order. If your order is expected to take longer than 10 working days, a member of our team will be in touch to advise you accordingly.

If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available at checkout. We will always try to accommodate time-sensitive orders where possible. If you need an item to arrive by a specific date, please send us an email before or shortly after placing your order.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is additional to processing time and will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

UK Orders

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and typically arrive within a few days of dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Returned parcels are to be resent at your expense, particularly where an incomplete address or delivery issue has caused the return.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

  • EU customers: Please place your order through our Etsy shop (ModelArchitectureUK - Etsy UK), where customs charges and VAT are handled automatically. Please note that items bought through model-architecture.com that are shipped to the EU may be subject to additional taxes and may incur additional charges from customs, depending on local regulations.

  • All other international orders are shipped directly from the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email containing tracking information
